This is the circuit layout taken from a Radio Shack "How to" book. It applies to our needs in isolating the two circuits of the ABS signal and the VSS signal that's been piggybacked onto the ABS front wheel sensor.
Basically here's how the connections are to be made...
BTW, All thanks go to Mr. Brian Grimal of Houston for suggesting utilizing this circuit. It was he whom planted the seed for this solution for the ABS INOP light issue.
Pin 1: No Connection
Pin 2: Connect to Pin 6
Pin 3: Connect to NEGATIVE wire going to ABS connector
Pin 4: Connect to chassis ground
Pin 5: No connection
Pin 6: Connect to NEGATIVE side of VSS harness plug
Pin 7: Connect to +12 volt source
Pin 8: No Connection
